Diary of Mattie E. Gauntt, Hackleman, Grant County, Indiana 1873-1879
Martha E. Gaunt was born in Grant County, Indiana, May 7, 1854, the daughter of Rhuel J. and Elizabeth (Beals) Gauntt. She married Jason Biddlecum (1860-1949) and died in Clinton County, Ohio, March 16, 1925. The original diary is in the Friends Collection, Earlham College.
