Sep 28 1975 in Dallas, Texas. Grew up near Natural Bridge, Virginia. One of 11-13 Swartz siblings. Enlisted in the U.S. Army at Ft. Myer, Virginia, on Sep 30 1942. Discharged Oct 18 1945. Veteran of WW2. Married multiple times. He lived near his brother Francis Aubrey Swartz in the Dallas Area in the 1970s. Buried in Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, Texas.
