Charlotte Berry Winters was the last surviving Navy Yeoman (F) and female veteran of World War II. She enlisted in 1918 and was a member of American Legion Betsy Ross Post (later renamed U.S.S. Jacob Jones) Post. Her membership application can be found here. She died 27 March 2007 and is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, Maryland.
